Shipping & Processing
In-stock domestic (Canada) and US orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated in individual item descriptions. Your Armour is sent via Canada Post, insured and tracked. Packages are secured accordingly to ensure the safety of the crystals using bubble wrap packaging and/ cardboard boxes if necessary. You will receive an email with your tracking number and estimated time of arrival. Please contact Ashera Armour at email@example.com to arrange for International shipping.
Please be mindful of customs and tax charges for US and other International shipments that you may incur for your country when placing an order with Ashera Armour. Ashera Armour is not responsible for such charges.
Ashera Armour is not responsible for shipping or customs delays domestically or internationally and or lost or damaged parcels. All items are sent with tracking and insurance, and therefore issues of lost items will be dealt with and a refund or replacement will be issued according to each individual case.
Custom orders is a process of dialogue and communication to determine your personal needs and desires for Armour, at which point pricing will be discussed. Payment is due once particular details and stones are agreed upon. The item(s) are processed and shipped within 2-3 weeks of payment unless otherwise arranged. You can contact me directly to discuss your needs and timelines for a custom piece. Timeline and cost is impacted by access and availability of materials, especially if it is not an easily accessible item. If the Armour is required sooner, an additional $25 processing fee and a $10 - $20 shipping fee will be added.
Damages and Repairs
Raw, polished or tumbled Crystals and minerals are fragile and can crack or brake. Should an item arrive in such a state, please contact Ashera Armour within 3 days of receipt via email. Damaged, broken, cracked Armour will be repaired or replaced as soon as item(s) are returned back to Ashera Armour. Return postage cost will be your responsibility. If you are local to Toronto and would like to arrange for a pick or drop off, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Should you need future repairs for your Armour, costs will range from $10 - $25 depending on individual needs. Unique crystals or minerals that are damaged and/break and require replacement will incur additional costs if replacement is available. Crystals and minerals are natural forming and vary in shades and colours, Ashera Armour cannot guarantee an exact match to the original or to the image displayed on the website. Shades and opacity in crystals and minerals vary, and thus so does our stock. This is true to all items sold at asheraarmour.com as no one crystal or mineral is like the other.
Ashera Armour takes great care to make sure each item is energized and ready for its wearer and it is our hope it is well received. If you are dissatisfied and wish to return your Armour please contact us via email - email@example.com - within 3 days of receiving your order. You will receive a full refund for your order once the Armour is returned, unused, unworn and in its original condition. Please note, that shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Please note, you will be responsible for paying for return postage for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
